The Paleotur Cooperative was established in July 1995 with the aim of enhancing, managing, and safeguarding the archaeological and fossil heritage of the territory, including museums and archaeological areas.
Currently, the cooperative manages the Archaeological Park of Nuraghe Losa and the Ethnographic Museum META in Abbasanta.
